Chris joined Keller Williams in 2019 as Market Center Tech Trainer for Boca Raton East and Palm Beach East and found his passion for training, coaching and recruiting. Within his first year, he was invited to LABS Advisors. In 2021 he joined United Home Group and UHG Worldwide as Director of Technology and Lead Gen and became a KW University Approved Trainer. He excels in coaching and consulting real estate agents to proven systems and models, helping them run more efficient and profitable businesses while leveraging technology.

Jess Webber joined Keller Williams in 2019 after a successful decade in the education field. She has held a variety of positions in several market centers, including Director of First Impressions, Marketing and Technology Coordinator, Director of Technology, and Market Center Administrator. Her passion for facilitating learning experiences, providing solutions to a variety of challenges, and increasing profitability through proven models and systems inspires her daily. She thrives on succeeding through others, which makes her a valuable asset to any Market Center.

In addition to her role as Technology Trainer and Director of Onboarding within LeverageStrong, Jess is also the Director of Operations/Integrator for I Love Coaching Co. and a systems + productivity Coach.

Zach started with Keller Williams in 2011 as a Technology Coordinator and built systems to engage, recruit and retain associates for several market centers in Northern CA & HI. 

He now serves as the Regional Technology Director for Northern CA & HI region and KWRI Master Faculty for KW University. His passion for education and communication shines in the classroom where he uses a collaborative technique to find and develop your strengths.

With exceptional leadership skills and a background in education, John has a passion for educating and helping real estate professionals unlock their potential. During his 18 year career in real estate, John has been a Broker, an REO agent, CDPE Certified Short Sale Agent, Productivity Coach, Trainer, Sales Manager, and a Regional Technology Director. With his wide range of experience, John is also a sought after speaker as he can cover several topics in real estate from multiple perspectives and markets.

In addition to his current role as Team Leader of KW Palos Verdes, Regional Director of Technology for the LA Coastal Region, he also serves on the KWU Faculty, is a MAPS Coach, LABs Advisor, a CHATT Instructor, and a Broker Associate with Keller Williams in Northern California.

Jesse joined Keller Williams in 2018 as an agent serving The Old Pueblo, Tucson, AZ,  and brought with him more than a decade of experience in technology, data analysis, systems management, and training. He served as the Technology Ambassador in 2019 and later served as the Chairman of the ALC Technology Committee the following year.

 He currently serves as  Market Center Tech Trainer in Tucson and was invited in 2020 to join LABS Advisors to serve as an agent advocate in the development and testing of KW Command. 

Jesse makes it a point to attend major KW events such as Family Reunion and Mega Agent Camp to not only gain more knowledge to enhance his personal business, he also takes time to assist agents and Market Center Leadership from around the world at the Technology Booth. In his work to enable real estate agents in streamlining their business processes and increasing their profitability, his passion for needs analysis, education, and consulting continues to grow. 

 Jeff Menendez has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. He started his real estate experience as an internet marketing consultant for top agents and brokers from 2001-2006. He brought his tech and internet marketing knowledge to his business and leveraged it into a successful real estate career. His knack for social media and internet marketing gives him maximum exposure to homes he markets. As well as a streamlined, hands-on approach to working with buyers, thus simplifying the process.  

He is honored to serve on the Agent Leadership Council and is the Technology Chair for Keller Williams Realty Corona.

In addition as a Rainmaker with Jeff Menendez Homes in Southern California, he is a Market Center Tech Trainer for KW Boise, as well as a Labs Advisor for KWRI and part of Leverage Strong as an MCTT.
